Terms of Service

1. THE SERVICE

Agentiff.AI provides a mobile-first orchestration layer for AI workflows. It requires a connection to your own self-hosted infrastructure (e.g., n8n, Temporal workers) or our managed cloud API.

2. AI GOVERNANCE & RESPONSIBILITY (ISO 42001)

2.1 Human-in-the-Loop Required

The Service is designed with Mandatory Human-in-the-Loop Gates. You agree that:

• You are solely responsible for the final approval or rejection of any AI-generated action.
• Destructive operations (e.g., database deletions, financial transfers) must be routed through the Agentiff.AI approval tool.
• Agentiff.AI is not liable for outcomes resulting from approvals granted by your authorized users.

2.2 Tool Authorization

AI agents operating through the Service cannot call "Sensitive Tools" without explicit authorization. You are responsible for configuring these permissions accurately.

3. BETA USAGE & TOKENS

3.1 Token Consumption

Beta accounts are allocated tokens for workflow execution. Tokens are consumed based on model complexity and tool-call volume. We reserve the right to adjust token weightings as we optimize our orchestration engine.

3.2 No Grandfathered Discounts

Participation in the Beta does not guarantee future discounts or specific pricing tiers. All pricing is subject to change upon General Availability (GA).

4. SECURITY CONTROLS

We maintain the following SOC 2 Type II compliant controls:

• Authentication: All sessions require SCRAM-SHA-256 or secure OAuth 2.0.
• Network: All services behind Cloudflare WAF with HSTS. Application bound to localhost, proxied via Nginx with SSL termination.
• Backups: We perform daily encrypted backups. You are encouraged to maintain independent exports of your workflow configurations.

4.1 User-Driven Deployment

When using the App to deploy to a self-hosted n8n instance, the App acts as a local client. You are responsible for the security of the device running the App and the configuration of the target n8n host. Agentiff.AI does not monitor or control autonomous workflows deployed directly from the App to your host.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGENTIFF.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES RESULTING FROM AI HALLUCINATIONS, WORKFLOW MISCONFIGURATIONS, OR THIRD-PARTY API OUTAGES (e.g., OpenAI, Stripe).
