1. THE SERVICE

Agentiff.AI provides a mobile-first orchestration layer for AI workflows. It requires a connection to your own self-hosted infrastructure (e.g., n8n, Temporal workers) or our managed cloud API.

2. AI GOVERNANCE & RESPONSIBILITY

2.1 Human-in-the-Loop Required

The Service is designed with Mandatory Human-in-the-Loop Gates. You agree that:

• You are solely responsible for the final approval or rejection of any AI-generated action.
• Destructive operations (e.g., database deletions, financial transfers) must be routed through the Agentiff.AI approval tool.
• Agentiff.AI is not liable for outcomes resulting from approvals granted by your authorized users.

2.2 Tool Authorization

AI agents operating through the Service cannot call "Sensitive Tools" without explicit authorization. You are responsible for configuring these permissions accurately.

3. PLANS, OFFERS & PAYMENT TERMS

3.1 Self-Serve App Plans

Self-serve app plans are billed through Stripe on the billing interval you select at checkout. Plan names, prices, credit allocations, renewal dates, and discounts are shown before purchase. Annual discounts apply only when annual billing is selected.

Credits, usage limits, included features, and plan availability may vary by plan. Unless expressly stated otherwise, unused credits do not convert to cash, are not transferable, and may reset at renewal or plan change according to the plan details shown at checkout.

3.2 Implementation and Done-For-You Offers

Implementation, launch, and done-for-you offers are service engagements. The scope, minimum term, onboarding fee, deliverables, support window, and price are the terms shown on the relevant offer page, checkout page, order form, statement of work, or invoice.

• One-time onboarding fees cover implementation work such as CRM, Twilio, WhatsApp, calendar, and workflow wiring, as scoped in writing.
• Monthly done-for-you offers are service engagements and may have a stated minimum term.
• Bespoke or custom offers are quoted separately and may require a separate written agreement.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, service fees are non-refundable once work has started, and scheduled calls, onboarding, configuration, and support windows must be used within the stated engagement period.

3.3 Taxes, Cancellations and Changes

Prices may exclude taxes, duties, or payment processing charges. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase. Subscription renewals, cancellations, upgrades, and downgrades are handled through your account or Stripe billing portal where available. Changes to a paid subscription may take effect immediately or at the end of the current billing period depending on the change shown at checkout.

4. USAGE & CREDITS

4.1 Credit Consumption

Accounts may be allocated credits or tokens for workflow execution. Credits are consumed based on model complexity and tool-call volume. We reserve the right to adjust credit weightings as we optimize our orchestration engine.

4.2 Pricing Changes

Pricing, features, and credit allocations may change. Changes will not reduce the current term of a paid service engagement unless required by law, third-party provider changes, or your own requested plan change.

5. SECURITY CONTROLS

We use administrative, technical, and operational safeguards intended to protect the service and customer data, including:

• Authentication: All sessions require SCRAM-SHA-256 or secure OAuth 2.0.
• Network: All services behind Cloudflare WAF with HSTS. Application bound to localhost, proxied via Nginx with SSL termination.
• Backups: We perform daily encrypted backups. You are encouraged to maintain independent exports of your workflow configurations.

5.1 User-Driven Deployment

When using the App to deploy to a self-hosted n8n instance, the App acts as a local client. You are responsible for the security of the device running the App and the configuration of the target n8n host. Agentiff.AI does not monitor or control autonomous workflows deployed directly from the App to your host.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGENTIFF.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES RESULTING FROM AI HALLUCINATIONS, WORKFLOW MISCONFIGURATIONS, OR THIRD-PARTY API OUTAGES (e.g., OpenAI, Stripe).
